General liability required. If your trade requires licensing, you must be properly licensed and in good standing. W-9 needed for vendor setup.
Confirm start dates, show up as scheduled, and respond to messages. If delays happen, notify us immediately so we can manage expectations.
Follow scope, keep it clean, protect the home, and close out punch lists. We work with pros who treat each job like it’s their own home.
We pay based on agreed scope milestones. Change orders must be approved in writing before extra work begins. (No “surprise invoices.”)
You’ll receive scope details, photos (when available), and expectations. If you identify issues, tell us early so we can adjust plans.
We coordinate trades to reduce downtime. If you’re ready and responsive, you’ll get more consistent work.
